Gold Plate 2015 Winners!

On the 26th October 2015, CIA President Craig Joel and the State Council proudly announced the winners of the Gold Plate Awards for 2015. The 49th Gold Plate Awards were held in the BelleVue Ballroom at Perth Convention Exhibition Centre. The annual event acknowledges the outstanding quality & service provided by restaurants throughout Western Australia. Guests dined on a decadent four course meal with matching wines created by Executive Chef Richard Taylor of PCEC.
The Winners of the 2015 Gold Plates are as follows:
Premier's Award
Piari and Co - Dunsborough
The Premier's Award is awarded to Piari and Co for not only best meeting the judging criteria but also by having attained the highest percentage score over all entrants.
Bill Thompson Award
Brittany Hutchen - Redmanna Waterfront Restaurant - Mandurah
The Bill Thompson Award for excellence in service is awarded to an individual during Gold Plate judging who are deemed to have displayed an exceptionally high level of standard of presentation, service and commitment to the hospitality industry.
