Nick joined the Catering Institute in 1984 whilst employed with the Swan Hotels Group and has been a member during his career in the Hospitality and related Service Industries throughout metropolitan Perth and regional WA. He is a Fellow of the Institute and has been Treasurer since 2007 steering our financial matters through what at times are challenging circumstances. Nick is also the proprietor of MMS Business Services and is based in the Perth CBD. Recruitment
