Nick joined the Catering Institute in 1984 whilst employed with the Swan Hotels Group and has been a member during his career in the Hospitality and related Service Industries throughout metropolitan Perth and regional WA. He is a Fellow of the Institute and has been Treasurer since 2007 steering our financial matters through what at times are challenging circumstances. Gold Plate Awards has been extended
The closing date for the Gold Plate Awards has been extended to Wed 20th March.
GOLD PLATE AWARDS 2024
Planning has started for the 2024 Gold Plate Awards. Entry to the Gold Plates opens from Wed 31st January 2024. Check the website at that time for the entry form. And in the meantime, consider becoming a member of the Catering Institute, we will be updating membership benefits soon and remember the fee is tax deductible.
