Vicki has more than 30 years, experience working within the hospitality, events and tourism sector.

Vickihas worked and managed properties in the NT and WA, and consulted on several projects including sporting events and promoting local produce.

She has also worked in Alice Springs in the Tourism Industry promoting the surrounding areas.

Aside from the Catering Institute, Vicki is currently working in the area of training. Helping business with staff training and food safety programs.
